You can destroy this obstacle by, creating a support team, your "get fit team."

Having ways or people that will hold you accountable, supporting and pushing you forward in your journey is a major key in your success.

3. Explore your Limits
 
Doing the same thing over and over gets real boring. The same will happen with your workouts.

You and I both know that if everything stays easy, you get bored and boredom leads to quitting! That will never get you any results.

So, keep your body guessing. Switch up you workouts. Try new adventures and and constantly explore your limits.

What you'll discover is your perceived limitations aren't real, and your real potential has no limits!
4. Stop being a "quick fix junkie"

If you are still searching for a "quick fix", well that makes you a weight loss "junkie", even though I am sure you don't like that idea.

Junkies are always chasing the impossible.

Truth is there is no such thing as a "quick fix" no matter how much you may want it. All it does is keep you in a vicious cycle of failure, depression, wasting time and money for a "quick fix" that will never come.

Meanwhile, life keeps on passing you by! Seriously think about that! Are you ready to "break free" from your addiction to gimmicks and gadgets so you can finally "LIVE" again?

Plus, if it all was true then over 50% of my neighbors in Yorktown wouldn't be battling their weight!
5. The Vision

Have REAL concrete goals of what you WILL attain. That means having a permanent picture in your minds eye, of exactly what you will look like!

Open your mind to the incredibly powerful feelings that will overcome you when you look in the mirror and see your dreams come true.

Having a "dream" or mental focus point is a massive advantage!! You know the old saying, "keep your eyes on the prize?"
