It has amazed me, as a Personal Trainer in Hampton, to realize that many residents seem to be making the same mistake that keeps from getting toned and firm.

It is repeated over and over again until it just becomes a never ending cycle.

It starts around New Years, as usual, when we all get geared up to really "be our best."

The Gung-ho Syndrome

Several years ago I wrote a special report that about this. You take the first step of deciding you are going to lose weight.

Then you come storming out of the gate like gangbusters, and literally "kill" yourself. It is always with the best intentions, but it is unsustainable over a long period. It stops you before you get started.

Let's be honest. Deciding you want to transform your body is a great start! However, trying to do it all in a day or even a week is not possible. Before you know it you are "burned out" and ready to quit.

Plus, there is no way you will get results from a very short all out "blitz" that makes you want to quit on day one.

Remember the story of the tortoise and the hare. Slow and steady wins the race!!
The stuck in a rut program!

Others, keep on trying the same ole worn out fitness programs. They get "stuck in a rut" and continue to under perform, hoping for a miracle.

They quite simply do too little. Then, after a while, they give up because they aren't seeing the results they expected.

Listen, I know what a challenge it can be to lose weight and keep it off for good! It isn't made any easier, when every one is trying to sell you a bunch of lies.
That is why I have spent the last several years researching and developing a "fitness system" that will teach you how to "get balance" and create the results you really desire.

It is not about "quick fixes" or extreme ideas. It is not about how fast or how easy it will be.

It is all about long term results and a balanced philosophy that provides you with massive energy, increased self confidence and ultimately a completely redesigned lifestyle.

You wouldn't go waste your time remodeling your home if you have never picked up a hammer would you?

Then why keep struggling with weight loss on your own trying to figure out how to make it happen.
