What is a typical camp like?
Boot Camp Mania starts with a dynamic stretch and warm up routine to get your body prepped for your workout.
This helps you increase flexibility, gets your heart rate going and is instrumental in preventing injury.
After your stretch, the fun begins!
You can expect a high energy workout that is designed to create maximum caloric burn. This is accomplished by utilizing a cutting edge, world class interval training system.
Then it is time to "cool down." This means effectively lowering your heart rate, and focusing on stretching for the purpose of flexibility and injury prevention.

"I haven't worked out in years, can I do this?
First of all, some of our Boot Camp Mania clients are in their late 50's and early 60's! The simple answer is YES!!!
However, your initial one on one JumpSTART Coaching Session with Todd Paul is designed to reveal your fitness level.
No matter your fitness level the camp is designed for you to start where you are and advance.
With the insight provided by your initial Coaching Session, appropriate modifications are made for you.
Also, after your initial Coaching Session with Todd Paul, it may be a requirement that you provide a letter of approval from your Doctor.
Are there age limits?
Yes. Women under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

What do I need to bring to camp?
Not a lot. We provide all of the necessary equipment.
You will need an exercise mat, a bottle of water and a towel to dry your "glistening" brow.
