Is Chesapeake making these 3 fitness and nutrition mistakes?
Chesapeake Virginia is a very diverse city that includes everything from urban areas to protected forests and the Great Dismal Swamp. It's southern border is with North Carolina all the way up to the cities of Portsmouth and Norfolk.
Chesapeake is located on the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, has miles of waterfront property including industrial, commercial and residential property.
Chesapeake is an independant city that makes up the Hampton Roads Region. It was formed in 1963.
Living in a world that seems to move so fast can really complicate life.
In fact, you may even be experiencing the feeling that you never seem to have the time for anything.
That includes, YOU!
There is just too much to get done, so you sacrifice.
In the meantime you feel that your jeans aren't fitting right, you hate to see yourself in the mirror or you find you never seem to have enough energy
As a Personal Trainer in Chesapeake I have found that there are 3 key fitness and nutrition mistakes that are making your situation even WORSE!!
1. Pop goes the weasel!
Seems many think they can save time by simply popping an "amazing diet pill" that has been proven by "university studies" to help you lose weight!
The idea that there is some kind of magical "pill" is an absolute hoax and a waste of time!
2. Try the "Butt Blaster" 2010
You see ads all the time that claim that you can "spot" check your body.
In other words, they lie to you and tell you that you can work on a specific "area" and to totally transform your body.
Now you are not only wasting time, you are wasting money as well. It is another lie!
3. The Diet "Frauds"
There is a new book written everyday on dieting. That is because you want answers, and "they" know you are willing to try almost anything to get results.
Problem is, diets DON'T work. You know this personally if you have tried one.
They only provide you with temporary results. That means you are constantly on a "yo-yo" going up and down, back and forth wasting your time!
You may even notice that you actually gained all the weight you lost back, plus a few extra pounds. That is true, diets will make you fatter because they are extreme in nature.
Success in life comes from balance. Extreme diets are an extreme waste of time and money! Honestly, if all this stuff worked SOOO good then why is 60% of America SOOOO fat?
Easy! This crap DOES NOT WORK!!
Why would you want to continue to struggle every year, losing the weight for a few weeks, then putting it all back on, then struggling to lose it again, then enjoying a couple more weeks of success only to have to start all over again?
